How does the Plankton Saving Mode work?

Through the app, this mode automatically reduces pump speed during the night. This allows valuable nocturnal microfauna and plankton to remain in the water column for your corals rather than being skimmed out.

What does the flashing red LED mean?

On EQ models, a flashing red LED indicates a blockage in the intake. The smart pump will attempt to clear the obstruction automatically; if it cannot, it shuts down to protect the motor and sends an alert to your device.
