Standard Warranty Coverage

All NYOS and ATI products purchased through NyosATIUSA Inc. or an authorized dealer are covered by a limited one (1) year warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, NyosATIUSA Inc. will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and operation.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance.
Damage caused by accidents, flooding, fire, power surges, or other external factors.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable components.
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team and provide:

Proof of purchase
Product serial number (if applicable)
A description of the issue
Photos or videos demonstrating the problem when requested

Limitation of Liability

NyosATIUSA Inc.'s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. NyosATIUSA Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
