    ATI® Laboratory Analysis Standard

The ATI® Laboratory Analysis Standard provides solid basic analysis, which uses exclusively ICP-OES. It  determines a wide range of values with high accuracy and medium detection limits. An excellent and easy way to start ICP testing and a significant improvement The following parameters are measured:

    • Salinity
    • Major elements: Sodium, calcium, chloride, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, bromine, strontium, boron
    • Trace elements: Arsenic, barium, beryllium, chromium, cobalt, iron, iodine, copper, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, silver, silicon, vanadium, zinc, tin
    • Pollutants: Aluminum, antimony, bismuth, cadmium, lanthanum, thallium, titanium, tungsten, mercury
    • Phosphate/Phosphorus

Advantages of the ATI® Laboratory Analysis Standard

    • Solid basic analysis that reliably and accurately records numerous parameters
    • Professional laboratory analysis at an affordable entry-level price

     ICP Testing With ATI

The foundation for every successful reef aquarium is water chemistry.

Thriving reef tanks all share near-natural seawater parameters. Deviating from these well known levels is  the most common cause of a variety of problems,  such as algae growth or even coral death.

Correctly measuring water parameters presents a major challenge, but that's where ICP testing comes in. The highly precise, professional ATI® Laboratory Analysis offers you the advantage of determining key water parameters (e.g., calcium, magnesium, salinity, etc.) with the precision of a water testing lab which is far more accurate, consistent and precise than standard hobby test kits. With ICP analysis you also receive a significantly more comprehensive overview of relevant elements that can only be determined with professional laboratory analysis.

For this purpose, ATI® uses highly specialized professional laboratory equipment including ICP-OES, ICP-MS, ion chromatographs, and titrators. The most suitable measurement method is used depending on the element.

The ATI® laboratory, headed by Dr. Ben Funk, draws on many years of experience in analytics. ATI guarantees reliable, reproducible analysis, and results. ATI is always available to assist with any questions regarding measurements or  results.

Your water analysis is in the best hands with us.

At ATI®, you can choose from three types of Laboratory Analyses: Standard, Pro, and Ultimate MS.
