Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $79 (USD) within the United States.

For orders below $79, a flat shipping rate of $6.90 will be applied at checkout.

Please note: Oversize or Overweight items like Aquariums, Salt, Sand, T5 Bulbs are excluded from the free shipping offer. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated separately at checkout. Refer to checkout options to the 

Processing Time

Our goal is to process all orders within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
